Julie Particka is the author of the PRT book series, the first of which, Pretty Souls, is coming soon from Decadent Publishing. She has been writing since childhood, but as a pragmatic capricorn, Julie learned to view writing as a hobby rather than a way to make a living. She graduated with a degree in chemistry and went on to work in a lab setting then teaching high school science. With the birth of her first child, Julie left the classroom to stay at home, and her love of story-telling got a second lease on life. Now a mother of two, she is devoted to putting her stories on paper and getting them out to the world.
